Broadcom, Dell Headline Busy Tech Earnings Week

August 31, 2026

Investors enter the first week of September with a consequential earnings slate led by Broadcom, Dell Technologies and several major software companies, while Friday’s August jobs report adds another potential market catalyst.

Dell Technologies is among the major companies scheduled to report Tuesday, Sept. 1. Investors will be watching the company’s AI-server business and PC demand for signs that spending on artificial-intelligence infrastructure remains strong.

Palo Alto Networks, MongoDB, GitLab and high-speed connectivity specialist Credo Technology are also due to report after Tuesday’s close, providing readings on cybersecurity, databases, software development and data-center investment. Medtronic is scheduled before the opening bell, while NIO is also on the calendar.

Broadcom takes center stage Wednesday, Sept. 2. The semiconductor company has become one of Wall Street’s most closely watched AI infrastructure companies because of its custom accelerators and networking chips supplied to large cloud-computing companies.

Investors will be listening for Broadcom’s comments on AI orders, customer spending and visibility into 2027. Its outlook could have implications across the semiconductor sector as markets assess whether the massive buildout of AI data centers can maintain its pace.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise and NetApp also report Wednesday, adding additional insight into enterprise technology and storage demand. Snowflake headlines the day’s software reports, while C3.ai, Five Below and Brown-Forman are also scheduled.

The software sector remains in focus Thursday, Sept. 3, with Zscaler, DocuSign, UiPath, Asana and Guidewire scheduled to report.

Lululemon is also due after Thursday’s close, offering investors a look at premium consumer spending. Ciena and Campbell’s are among the companies scheduled to report before the market opens.

Friday’s corporate earnings calendar is relatively light, shifting attention to the August employment report. The jobs numbers will give investors another reading on the strength of the U.S. economy heading into the Federal Reserve’s September meeting.

With most second-quarter results already reported, the week’s technology earnings will be closely watched for evidence that two of the market’s biggest investment themes — AI infrastructure and enterprise software — remain intact.

For Broadcom and Dell in particular, investors will be looking beyond quarterly earnings to what executives say about AI-server demand, data-center capacity, power constraints and customer deployment schedules.
