Black Hills Corp. Declares Quarterly Dividend and Earnings Release Date

Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend during a meeting held on October 28, 2024. Common shareholders on record as of the close of business on November 18, 2024, will receive a dividend of $0.65 per share, payable on December 1, 2024.

Additionally, the company confirmed it will release its third-quarter earnings for 2024 after the market closes on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. A live conference call and webcast will be held at 11 a.m. EST on Thursday, November 7, 2024, to discuss the financial results.
