Bozeman-Based Texbase Launches New Solution for CPSC eFiling

April 2, 2026

Bozeman-based Texbase Inc. has announced the release of a new platform capability designed to streamline product compliance reporting for consumer brands and retailers.

The new feature, Texbase for eFiling, allows companies to prepare and submit certified product data directly to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Product Registry, integrating compliance data, testing results, and certification workflows into a single system.

Company officials say the new tool comes as regulatory requirements grow more complex and data-driven, increasing pressure on brands to ensure compliance information is accurate and readily available when products move through U.S. Customs.

Texbase for eFiling connects brands, suppliers, and independent testing labs through a centralized platform, enabling the digital collection of compliance data and automating the submission process. The system allows companies to generate certificates directly from supply chain data and submit filings without re-entering information across multiple systems.

“eFiling is not just about sending data to the CPSC. It’s about digital tools and efficient workflows delivering the right data, in the right structure, at the right time,” said Joe Walkuski, the company’s founder and chief product officer.

By consolidating compliance processes into one workflow, the company says the platform reduces manual effort, minimizes data errors, and helps businesses stay prepared for audits, inspections, and customs reviews.

The new capability is designed to support complex, real-world compliance needs, including multi-lab testing, version-controlled certificates, and ongoing updates as regulatory standards evolve. Company leaders say the system provides greater visibility into compliance operations while reducing the risk of product delays or detentions.

Founded in 2002, Texbase provides cloud-based tools that help consumer brands manage supply chain data, product compliance, traceability, and sustainability initiatives. The company’s platform is used by major brands including Amazon, Under Armour, Carhartt, and Bauer.
