Black Hills Corp. Declares Quarterly Dividend and Earnings Release Date

Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend during a meeting held on October 28, 2024. Common shareholders on record as of the close of business on November 18, 2024, will receive a dividend of $0.65 per share, payable on December 1, 2024.

Additionally, the company confirmed it will release its third-quarter earnings for 2024 after the market closes on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. A live conference call and webcast will be held at 11 a.m. EST on Thursday, November 7, 2024, to discuss the financial results.

Please allow at least five minutes for registration and to access the presentation. Upon registering, dial-in information, including a personal identification number, will be provided.
