Wyoming Business Council Names Chloe Valentine Southwest Regional Director

November 15, 2025

The Wyoming Business Council (WBC) has announced the hiring of Chloe Valentine as its new Southwest Regional Director, serving Lincoln, Sweetwater, and Uinta counties. Valentine brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to fostering economic growth in Wyoming, reinforcing the WBC’s mission to reverse economic decline and build a prosperous future.

A native of Greybull and a University of Wyoming graduate, Valentine has lived throughout the state and brings a deep understanding of Wyoming communities to her new role. She will act as a key connector and catalyst, working directly with local leaders to expand economic opportunity across the region.

“I was excited to learn about this opportunity because I want to help make our state a place my kids will want to stay, or at least can stay, in the future after college,” Valentine said. “I love all of the unique communities I will be serving and am excited to work with each county to enhance what already makes it great for future generations.”

Valentine emphasized her passion for Wyoming’s culture and people. “I love living in Wyoming because of the people. The people living here are generous, kind, tough, and fun. We have the perfect balance of work hard, play hard,” she said.

Heather Tupper, WBC Director of Regional Operations, highlighted Valentine’s experience and energy. “With exciting growth in industry and energy in Wyoming’s southwest corner, Chloe brings experience and excitement to the role, ready to facilitate ongoing connection and collaboration between communities and partners,” Tupper said.

Valentine and her family are avid outdoor enthusiasts, enjoying activities such as hiking in the Snowy Mountains, skiing in the Tetons, climbing at Vedauwoo, riding ATVs in the Big Horns, and fishing at Flaming Gorge.
