SITKA Announces Sales Team Expansion and Territory Realignment

April 12, 2025

SITKA Gear, a leader in high-performance hunting and outdoor apparel, announced a series of strategic changes to its sales team aimed at aligning talent with the company’s evolving business priorities. The adjustments include the addition of three new sales representatives and a significant territory expansion for a veteran team member, all designed to strengthen retail partnerships and enhance consumer experiences.

The changes are part of SITKA’s broader strategy to grow its presence in key markets and deliver premium service through its retail network. The company is investing in its wholesale channel by expanding coverage, rebalancing sales territories, and reinforcing its commitment to working with top-tier sales professionals.

Among the key updates, SITKA has promoted Jeff Watt, a seasoned sales professional with over 35 years in the hunting and fishing industries, to oversee an expanded territory. Watt, who joined SITKA in 2011, will now manage sales efforts in Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin—adding to his existing responsibilities across Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

“Jeff has consistently delivered outstanding results and has been a steadfast advocate for both the SITKA brand and our retail partners,” said SITKA Sales Director Dennis. “His expanded role will help drive growth in new and existing markets and ensure that SITKA maintains strong momentum in critical regions.”

In addition to Watt’s expanded coverage, SITKA is adding three experienced industry professionals to its sales team, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to servicing its retail partners and maximizing market opportunities.

“We are focused on scaling SITKA’s impact in wholesale through smart investments and by hiring the best talent,” said Theresa Spangler, SITKA Business Leader. “These changes position us to better tell SITKA’s product stories, support our partners, and reach our ambitious growth goals across current and emerging markets.”

The realignment is expected to enhance SITKA’s market responsiveness and retail service capabilities while reinforcing the brand’s leadership in performance outdoor apparel.
