Montana DOJ Seeks Applicants for Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee

The Montana Department of Justice is accepting applications to fill three positions on the Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee. The available roles include a representative from the tow truck industry in Western Montana, a representative of the general public, and a representative of the insurance industry.

The six-member committee is tasked with reviewing and resolving complaints related to tow truck operations. Members serve three-year terms. The committee is composed of representatives from the tow truck industry, the commercial motor carrier industry, the insurance industry, the general public, and the Montana Highway Patrol.

Interested individuals are encouraged to submit a letter of application detailing their name, address, and relevant qualifications. Applications can be emailed to ContactDOJ@mt.gov or mailed to:

The deadline for applications is January 24, 2025.
