Boeing Links Employee Bonuses to Company-Wide Performance

March 7, 2025

Boeing has announced that its annual bonus structure for over 100,000 employees will be tied to the company’s overall performance in 2025, marking a shift from the previous practice of awarding bonuses based on individual business unit results.

According to the 2025 proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, 80% of the bonuses will be based on Boeing’s financial performance. The remaining 20% will be linked to key factors such as improvements in safety, quality, and program execution.

This new incentive structure reflects Boeing’s focus on aligning employee rewards with broader company goals and overall performance.
