Glacier Bancorp Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.33 per Share

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: GBCI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share during a meeting held on September 24, 2024. This latest declaration marks the company’s 158th consecutive quarterly dividend, reflecting a strong commitment to its shareholders over the years.

The dividend will be payable on October 17, 2024, to shareholders on record as of October 8, 2024. With 49 increases in the dividend since its inception, Glacier Bancorp continues to demonstrate its stability and dedication to shareholder returns.

As the parent company of Glacier Bank, Glacier Bancorp operates a diverse network of bank divisions across the western United States, including Altabank in American Fork, Utah, Bank of the San Juans in Durango, Colorado, and Citizens Community Bank in Pocatello, Idaho, among others.
